A Lancaster-based digital company has received plaudits for bedding in a duvet firm’s rebranded website.
Nublue has been responsible for a number of upgrades to the site of Soak & Sleep, the UK’s number one duvet brand as voted by Which? in 2015.
These changes include a streamlined checkout process, a revamped look and feel, as well as the addition of star ratings from Which?, TrustPilot and ReviewCentre.
“What first attracted us to working with Soak & Sleep was their commitment to quality,” said Michael Ashworth, Nublue’s Managing Director.
“We’ve always believed in the importance of producing high-quality results for our clients, and because Soak & Sleep share that same belief in delivering the best products for their customers, working in partnership with them to upgrade their site came very naturally to both our teams.
“I’m hugely proud of the Nublue team’s hard work, and I think the quality of the finished results they’ve achieved on Soak & Sleep’s website really speaks for itself.”
Soak & Sleep’s Digital Marketing Manager, Suzannah Taggart, added: “Nublue have been absolutely instrumental in transforming our website.
“In the world of ecommerce, where success can be defined by persuading just one more customer out of every hundred to purchase from your website, every second counts.
“Nublue’s dedicated approach has been outstanding, and their highly motivated team have often persisted long past the point where others would have given up and gone home.
“We’re excited to begin the next chapter for our website with them, taking our customer journeys through a transition that will help to define our brand and our offering.”
The redesigned website also means Soak & Sleep is the latest company added to NuBlue’s portfolio of clients with others including national jewellery group T. H. Baker, the NHS, Oxfam, Nicky Clarke and international brands including Danone, Penfield, AbbVie and Lowe Alpine.
