To celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, David Cox Architects are bringing together a panel of women who are particularly well equipped to address this year’s theme of Embrace Equity.
What is Equity? Equity can be defined as giving everyone what they need to be successful. In other words, it’s not giving everyone the exact same thing. Our panel will discuss the progress being made in our industry and what more needs to be done.

There will also be a presentation by Gaelle Blake from Hays about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
