A Training Needs Analysis, or TNA, is a valuable insight in to knowledge gaps. At its core, the TNA will look at the needs of your organisation versus team capabilities, with the objective of identifying learning solutions to add value to your business.
A quality TNA will offer your organisation:
- Support to identify opportunities to improve job performance and productivity
- Help to retain key employees
- Improve the businesses profitability and capacity to increase output
- Help attract good quality employees as a result of a robust training plan

TNAs can be completed on a one-to-one basis, or with your HR manager. We can conduct them in person, via video call or on the telephone.
A report will be provided to you which identifies skills gaps and provides solutions to improve performance.
