Blackpool-based property care company, RTC, has recently been awarded the Outstanding Customer Service award by the industry’s governing body, the Property Care Association (PCA).
RTC secured the Outstanding Customer Service accolade, sponsored by Edicare Pumps, for what judges described as a transparent and well-documented process to ensure consistently great outcomes for clients.
This is the second time that RTC has been winners in this category, having picked up the prestigious award the year previous.
RTC were presented with the award at the 2023 PCA Best Practice Awards, held at The Slate, University of Warwick.
Owner and surveyor at RTC, Andrew Bradshaw, said: “We are absolutely delighted to win the PCA Outstanding Customer Service Award, and to win it for the second-year running is quite remarkable.
“Our commitment to customer care and providing an outstanding customer journey for our customers is extremely important to us and is a massive team effort.
“It would not be possible without the hard work, commitment, and professionalism of all the team here at RTC.
“They should all be very proud.”
RTC entered the PCA Best Practice Awards because the Property Care Association is the trade association representing property specialists who can be trusted to resolve problems affecting your building.
Through entering these prestigious awards, RTC has achieved PCA Contractor of the Year 2020, PCA Student of the Year 2020, PCA Contractor of the Year 2022, PCA Outstanding Customer Service 2022 and now PCA Outstanding Customer Service 2023.
Steve Hodgson, Chief Executive of the PCA, said: “Our members tackle a range of issues that can affect people’s homes and businesses, buildings of national importance or major infrastructure.
“Their talent and skills are highly valued, and our 2023 Best Practice Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the expertise and experience of our members.
“I congratulate RTC on the professionalism and commitment to quality service that is recognised with this award.”
