NetWORKING – Virtual Workshop

Lancashire business people collectively attend thousands of events each year.  But, do we really understand the value of effective networking, and how it can help us secure more business?

Join us for ‘NetWORKING’ a one-hour virtual event where we’ll help you get the most out of your time away from the office.

We’ll help you to reflect on what is going well from your networking toolkit, and what needs to be added to your approach, to help you build a better strategy for the benefit of you personally, and your business.

Attendees will be assisted to create a confident approach towards networking, and we’ll provide them new methods and techniques, which will enable you to relate to fellow event attendees in a far more productive way.

During our one-house session, we’ll cover:

• Why networking – Understand your purpose of attending
• What skills do you require to successfully network
• Create a personal strategy to introduce yourself to others
• Working the room with ease
• Practice entering & leaving conversations
• Practice selling yourself and building rapport
• Build a strategy to successfully follow up with connections

The event is free to Chamber members, and takes place on Wednesday 13th March at 11.00am online, and lasts for just one hour.
