The Chamber is working with partners across the region to assist family businesses through a new, free business support project.
Want to find out how other businesses do it? Or share your knowledge with other local businesses?
If you are a small or medium sized family business, this is a unique opportunity to spend some quality time working with fellow businesses, focusing on particular topics or issues or appraising the business more widely.
Irrespective of your business size, and whether you are a family business or not, your business could benefit from opening your doors to someone from a family business, gaining an insight in to how they operate and adapting your business as a result.
It’s very rare that you will have the opportunity to work inside a fellow local business in order to add value to both their organisation and yours.
Placements can last just one day, or take place over a series of months – it’s a matter for participants to agree between them, supported by the Chamber.
There is no cost to take part in the programme and minimal administration in order to get moving!
