Preston’s businesses have their first chance of the year to ‘hangout’ with the return BID’s popular networking event next month.
Preston Business Improvement District (BID) has arranged their next business to business event for Thursday, May 26 (4pm-6pm).
‘Business at Baluga’ will be taking place at Baluga, Preston’s Club of the Year based on Church Street, Preston.
Baluga has recently launched the ‘Baluga Kitchen’, offering a high end dining venue influenced by the world street food scene.
It is a change of location from the traditional venue of Winckley Square which is currently undergoing £1.2m worth of restoration work, primed by the BID.
“Our Hangout events have always proved popular with the local business community and we hope next month’s will be no different,” said BID manager, Mark Whittle.
“We might be temporarily on the move but that is the only difference people will notice; there will still be the same great food, drink and conversation associated with previous Hangouts.
“The Hangout lines, which give firms a chance to display their promotional material, will make their appearance and I look forward to seeing faces, old and new, next month. Our thanks to the team at Baluga for supporting this important event.”
The event is free to attend although places are limited to two per business; confirmation will be issued to all guests ahead of the event.
To register your interest in attending, please email bid@lancschamber.co.uk stating the name of your guest and the company(ies) you are representing.
