Incredible inventors, makers and entrepreneurs who have a great product to sell are being sought to appear on the new series of Buy It Now for Channel 4 due to be filmed in October 2019. The producers are particularly looking for exciting new products that will be on the Christmas special.
‘Buy It Now’ is a fast-paced, multi-reveal studio show that gives inventors, makers, entrepreneurs and/or licensees 90 seconds to pitch their product to an audience of potential customers and a panel of buyers from some of the UK’s largest retailers. At the end of the pitch, the audience have a chance to express their initial interest in the product and then once the seller reveals the retail price, they need to decide whether to ‘buy it now’. Has the seller done enough to wow the audience to part with their own cash or will they walk away empty handed? If they successfully sell their product to the audience, the seller will get the potentially life-changing opportunity to face the panel of retail buyers who will reveal if they want to place an order for the product.
