Regenda Homes have a catering opportunity available. They are seeking to identify a caterer to be based in their brand new Extra Care scheme called Lighthouse View, it’s situated within Fleetwood and it will be home to 72 plus residents who are 55 years and over.
The opportunity includes an equipped kitchen and servery area.
The initial lease will be on a 12 month rent free basis to be reviewed thereafter.
The café will be open to both residents and the general public visiting the scheme.
