Award winning Lancashire based chef Paul Rowley takes over Lytham based Rottisere brand Le Roti
Rowley heads up one of Lancashire largest premier outside event companies with business partner Lindsay Campbell and has a lifetime of experience in the hospitality and food industry. Campbell and Rowley. The events company will be back in the spring dependant on the course of the virus and already have a busy diary of events booked

Le Roti currently supplies the local community with Homemade soups, salads, cakes, freshly roasted rotisserie chicken and its legendary Sunday lunch takeaways. This will be expanded to include a range of homemade patisserie, locally made Gin and fine wines sourced directly from the artisan growers and producers plus some other unique concepts
As one of Lancashire most prominent chefs during lockdown Rowley developed a home meal delivery service in a bid to offer solo households a fresh way to enjoy contemporary fine dining in the comfort and safe environment of their own home which is provided respecting hygiene and safe distancing etiquette so there is no hand to hand contact “ the feedback I have received has been amazing and its been gratifying to be able to help clients celebrate a special occasion in the safety and comfort of their own home during these testing times ”
Known for serving up classic recipes ‘with a twist’ Dishes include Salt aged fillet of Lancashire grass fed beef, Lytham estuary caught Plaice, langoustine and crab cocktail plus a range of unique desserts like ‘The Pumpkin’ crafted to look like a real pumpkin with a praline mouse and toffee and parkin centre. This service will be available from Le Roti
Le Roti will also be offering a business to business service aimed at providing a pop up lunchtime canteen service for those business who have currently locked down their existing facility or are looking to provide their workforce with a healthy delivered food offer.
Rowley is currently working on a ‘virtual Xmas party’ concept where by companies can get a quality ready to eat food package with a bottle of fizz delivered directly to their employees which can then be part of a ‘Zoom’ style Xmas party. For more information please email chefpaulrowley@gmail.com
