Chamber member Cafe2U, a mobile coffee van is asking for businesses to donate to “Sponsor a Coffee for a Key Worker.” A business can donate as much as they like. There is a minimum amount of £100 which equates to 40 delicious gourmet coffees (or hot chocolates) which owner Anne-Marie Craven will make on site for the key workers. The business can nominate their own key worker site that they would like to receive the coffees, or leave it to Anne-Marie to allocate their donation.
Anne-Marie’s mobile coffee van service to key workers has already been supported by a number of local businesses and it would be great to get more involved. She has already approached key worker sites such as the Royal Preston Hospital, North West Ambulance, St Catherine’s Hospice, Aldi at Fulwood & local schools for their permission to go on site to serve their very deserving workers a treat.
