Workplace Wellbeing – with a bonus Employment Rights Bill update
The Employment Rights Bill has featured heavily in the press recently as the Government has tabled its amendments, and we anticipate that it will continue to do so as the Bill moves to the final reading stage in the House of Commons. Join us for a discussion about what has changed, what happens next and what this means for your business.
Having reflected on the content of our horizon scanning discussions at the last HR Forum, we will then be turning to look at how to deal with mental health disclosures from employees and we will also discuss workplace wellbeing initiatives. As well as our experts from Harrison Drury, we will be joined by Cheryle Britton from Yolo Wellbeing, who will discuss the significant and measurable benefits that workplace wellbeing initiatives can have and share case studies and take away stress tips.
New for 2025, we will be running informal Peer 2 Peer catch ups between each HR Forum, giving members the opportunity to meet up on a more informal basis to share ideas and experiences and build their network. We have set the following dates for these sessions, but we will be guided by members as to preferred times and locations, as well as the format/content of the sessions. We plan to include a brief Employment Rights Bill update in each HR Forum/Peer 2 Peer catch up so that you are fully up to speed on what is happening, but beyond that we will seek your views at the next HR Forum as to the format/content you would like to see.
What’s on the Agenda?
Katy and Helen will be covering:
- Workplace Wellbeing
- Employment Rights Bill update
- Discussion surrounding key topics for HR strategy in 2025
- Q&A sessions for participants to address specific concerns
Following on from our discussions at the last HR Forum about the changes on the horizon, the HR Forum will look ahead at the challenges and opportunities, ahead. Together, we’ll help your business prepare, ahead of time, for these material changes.
Join us at the HR Forum and use this time wisely to ensure that your business is prepared for these changes when they come, to minimise impact.
