The tender process starts in September and will take ten weeks to complete. Virtual ‘attendees’ will be provided with details, following the online session, of how to get listed on Keepmoat’s supplier portal for the project which is estimated to start in January 2021 and span over ten years.

The gross development is of significant value to the local economy, worth over £100,000,000 – the benefits to wider community/economy even higher when jobs created and secondary spend are considered.
