We invite you to attend our fully interactive fleet risk management workshop. We will explore a number of subjects in this session such as your employees’ fitness to drive and the need for robust collision and incident investigations.
PIB Client Academy is dedicated to providing insight and advice on a range of areas of risk, guiding you through the different measures that can be taken to help mitigate risk and safeguard your business.
The academy will be hosted by Andrew Drewary FCILT of Road Safety Smart, a collision investigator. He will be joined by Charlotte Le Maire, Criminal Motor Defence Solicitor and Daniel Jones, UK Training Manager from D.Tec International, who are UKs leading drug and alcohol testing equipment provider.
The first part of the session will look at the taboo subject of your employees’ fitness to drive while at work. What you need to know, how to find out what you need to know and why education of employees and managers is vital. The second part of the session will look why robust collision and incident investigations are the springboard for improving an organisations safety culture. When done properly, they actually save money and make driving for work safer for your employees and all other road users
This will also look at how to deal with crisis management when it goes wrong.

This session is aimed at all organisations who have employees who drive for work purposes. Therefore, if you are a Transport Manager, Compliance Manager, Health & Safety Manager, HR Manager, Company Director this session is for you. It will help you fully understand what you need to do, why you need to do it, how to do it, what your vulnerabilities are and your exposure to risk and cost if you get it wrong.
