Preston’s Holiday Inn hopes to have a taste of success following the re-opening of the hotel’s first floor restaurant.
The restaurant, now known as ‘Nineteen75’ after the year the hotel was built, is now open to guests and non-residents.
The refurbishment has seen a new décor and new menu, created by head chef Jenny Ware who has more than 33 years’ experience in catering.
There is a new fixed price menu which costs £15 for two courses with the option of a third for an extra £5.
A spokesman said: “The menu, which includes seasonal dishes alongside traditional favourites, changes every month and, with six starters, eight main dishes and six desserts, there’s sure to always be something to tempt even the fussiest foodie.
“The food, beautifully presented on crockery carefully chosen to show off each dish, is a feast for the eyes.”
Nineteen75 can also be hired for private parties of up to 100 guests, while private dining for as many as 16 is available at the back of the restaurant.
