Lancashire Constabulary is inviting suitably qualified suppliers to quote for the service, repairs including reactive repairs for a range of automatic entrance systems covering all of its 27 sites.
The service will comprise of the routine bi-annual inspection, service and repairs of the following automatic systems:
- Doors
- Roller shutter Doors
- Gates
- Barriers
All servicing to be carried out during a normal working day, i.e. between 0900 hours and 1700 hours, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. Call-out and emergency repairs facility on a 24 hours per day, 365/6 days per year basis. “Repairs and Replacement works, as instructed by the Constabulary.
The contract period will be 4 years with an option to extend on an annual basis for a maximum of two years.
