This half-day course is a “Beyond The Basics” course for those who already have a good grasp of the “Fundamentals of Finance” or those who have taken our Finance Fundamentals For Business course. This is an additional offering to the Financial Fitness programme of the Chamber, and is designed to deliver next level financial tools and techniques with a FUN spin on business finance.

The Employment Rights Act 2025 is the biggest shake-up to the UK workplaces in a generation.  Are you confident that your organisation is compliant? From April 2026, the era of the probationary period is over.  Employees will be entitled to sick pay from day one, instant paternity and parental leave, job security, owing to the qualifying period for unfair dismissal plummeting. There’s a lot more that you need to prepare for, including the banishment of "Fire and Rehire”, zero-hours rights, and guaranteed contracts. This half-day training course will demystify the process by providing a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the Windsor Framework.

The course would have practical examples of most of the pricing implications providing a clear idea on how to maximise marketing and sales budgets and develop export growth.

This Emergency First Aid at Work course is a one-day training program designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace. This first aid course is ideal for smaller workplaces presenting few health & safety risks with candidates learning Basic Emergency Aid in accordance with the syllabus of subjects taught as set out in the First Aid at Work Regulations 1981 – Approved Code of Practice 2009. After successful completion of the course and assessment, an attendance certificate is issued qualifying them to work in industry as an Emergency First Aider for a period of three years.
