The Villa Country House Hotel is celebrating a rave review after collecting a prestigious award.
Based at Wrea Green, the hotel has been awarded a four-star rating from the AA, along with a rosette from the AA Restaurant Guide for Culinary Excellence.
It follows on from their Best Small Hotel Award for Lancashire and Best Wedding Venue success at the Lancashire Tourism Awards.
General Manager, Jayne Taylor, said: “It’s a remarkable achievement for myself and the team and is a true reflection of all the hard work and efforts put into our hotel.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their continued support.”
Head chef, Matt Johnson, added: “I’m very pleased all the hard work has been paid off and truly grateful to receive this award it’s a huge sign of recognition for the restaurant. A fantastic achievement for everyone.”
